Colleen Brown is the author of In These Dead Days, which was selected for publication in the Red Herring Society Newsletter through The Writer's Sanctuary. She was a librarian for over thirteen years, specializing in Youth Services and Programming. She holds a M.Ed in Curriculum & Instruction, focused on Adolescent Education and Literacy, and a B.A. in History. Located in the mountains of Pennsylvania, surrounded by farmland, Colleen enjoys writing Young Adult Dark Fantasy and Adult Horror. When she isn't writing, she's often chasing after her active little boy, attending to six tiny dinosaurs, refilling cat dishes, or watching the next Netflix hit with her husband.
