Travelling near the edge of the Brokilon forest, monster hunter Geralt meets a widowed fisherman who's dead and murderous wife resides in a eerie mansion known as the House of Glass, which seems to have endless rooms, nothing to fill them with, and horror around every corner.

Rosalind witnesses her father and John Dee summoning a demon but decides she is the only one who can prevent the Shadow Glass, and the entity bound to it, from being used for evil purposes.

Rosalind's search for the truth about her past brings her face to face with her father at the home of her tutor, where the two men are set to perform a conjuration to loose the powers of a powerful object that pulls Rosalind in as well.
