With the advancement of technology and industry, many new issues have arisen that were not present in the early periods, and the religious rulings for these issues have become a concern for Muslims. For this purpose, various scholarly and fatwa committees have been established, and some scholars have also expressed their views in different forums. In this study, we have endeavored to seek solutions to contemporary issues without neglecting the historical development of Islamic Law since its formation. Our aim in presenting the religious rulings of issues is neither to dilute the religion nor to confine it to early period views, making life unlivable for Muslims. In this book, conservative views have not been neglected, and a balanced approach has been sought in understanding and applying the shari'ah rulings under current conditions.
