Raúlo Cáceres es licenciado en Bellas Artes y autor de cómic. Durante sus primeros años profesionales trabajó en las revistas eróticas Wetcomix y Eroscomix realizando las series Elizabeth Bathory, Cuentos Mórbidos, Justine y Juliette y Aguas Calientes. En ellas confluyen el género histórico, el gore, el esoterismo y la pornografía más extrema, planteados con un estilo barroco y de claroscuros intensos. Desde 2007 trabaja para la editorial americana Avatar Press realizando distintos proyectos como dibujante y portadista dentro del género de terror y la ciencia ficción: Belladonna y Lady Death de Brian Pulido, 2001 Maniacs de Tim Sullivan; Crécy, Doktor Sleepless, Gravel y Captain Swing and the electrical pirates of Cindery Island, guionizados por Warren Ellis; Night of the Living Dead de Mike Wolfer y John Russo; Crossed: Family Values y Crossed: Psychopath, de David Lapham. También es coeditor en Ediciones Canallas y autor de la revista KILLERTOONS 2.0 desde 2009.
