Crysta was born and raised near Austin, Texas. She is pursuing a master’s degree in social work with plans to be an advocate for mental health. When not writing, she can be found spending time with her pets (2 dogs, 3 cats, and a horse!). She enjoys playing video games and watching movies or true crime documentaries.
