The majority of my life has been spent in California, from the beaches of Redondo Beach, to the wine country of the San Francisco Bay area, and the farm country in the Sacramento Valley. Born in Texas, I was raised in Washington, just east of Seattle. I attended the University of Washington and worked there for two years after I graduated. One day, I packed everything in my little red Fiero, and headed south to sunny California, without a job and no where to live, to seek my fortune. I only meant to stay a few years, but a funny thing happened on my way back home. I had planned to return to Washington but met my husband. After more than 30 years of marriage and 3 children later, I have finally returned home. My hobbies include reading, cooking, putting together jigsaw puzzles and traveling.
