D L Behan A.K.A | Debbbie Behan In 2007, fate stepped in when I was laid off because of the Global Financial Crisis (GFC). However, I saw this as an opportunity to pursue my dream job. After devouring 75 vampire books in a single year, I decided to write a novel of my own. Not knowing where to start I thought back to all those long drives and the characters I met and acknowledged that my journey towards becoming an author began at a young age. Sleeping outside those hot summer nights with siblings and neighbours gave me an idea for the universe to be featured in the stories I write now. Just like the way I live my life, adventure, and action are abounding with a touch of romance.
