Dan Andrews MD graduated from Eastern Washington State University and from the University of Washington, School of Medicine. Boarded by the American Board of Family Medicine, he was a fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. He has been in solo, group, and emergency room practice and has practiced primary care in a university setting. He was the president of a medical corporation, the president of a county medical society, and the chief of staff of a small hospital. He was on the adjunct faculty for the University of California at Davis teaching nurse practitioners, and has taught medical students for the University of California both at San Francisco and Los Angeles. He also taught both medical students and residents at the university where he worked for the eighteen years before retirement.
