Dan grew up in Orange County, CA on a steady stream of comics and cartoons and Godzilla movies. He studied studio art at UCI. In 2003, he started a Mr Toast webcomic which led to making real comics with Todd Webb, making toys and producing the Mr Toast Game with Hasbro. For the last couple years, he has been writing a series of connected short stories about the unlikely character Space Duck. The stories are pulpy and funny and hopefully have a little heart in there too.
