Dan Plesch is the head of the Center for International Studies and Diplomacy at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. Author of America, Hitler and the UN and coordinator of Wartime Origins and the Future United Nations, he collaborated with The Guardian newspaper and other publications.
