It isn't easy to be a dancer, even an ordinary member of a corps de ballet, let alone the principal dancer of a ballet company. This is Annette Dancy's ambition, and even after she gets her foot on the bottom rung of the ladder of success, she still has many obstacles to surmount. When a dancer is offered a film contract, the question always arises - should she accept it? Will it interfere with her career? Now Annette has to solve this problem for herself - no one else can do it for her. Does she care most about a film career, or her career as a dancer? Age 10+
