She is able to draw upon her work as a psychiatrist to create multidimensional characters who are simultaneously powerful and vulnerable. Her narrative worlds are full of exciting supernatural events, international travel, and sexy alpha men. A graduate of McGill University, she is a book lover and chatty introvert who lives in Montreal. The series follows Amanda Griffith, a 24 year old with super-psychic powers, for the next ten years of her life. Kind of like Buffy the Vampire Slayer TV series followed Buffy from age 16, as she went through personal and supernatural challenges. As you can imagine, the personal life challenges of a 24 year old are different, and Amanda only gets older as the series goes on. Sentinel 10 books are NOT YA. No vampires here, no werewolves. If it cannot be potentially, pseudo-scientifically, explained by quantum physics-like concepts, it won't be in my stories. My 'knowledge' of quantum physics comes from YouTube. The books get more and more adult. It is not purely romance. It's paranormal fiction with a romantic focus. The degree of this focus varies depending on the book.
