Formally, a Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, Career Criminal, and as a States Attorney once Called him "A One-Man Crime Wave". For three decades Dar was, as some described, "Satan's Handyman.” Dar has now been serving in ministry since 2007. He is the Director of the Dream Center of Alton which facilitates a re-entry program for adults and juveniles that are reintegrating back into society after a period of incarceration. He is on the board of directors of the Madison County at Risk Youth Scholarship Fund Program, an advocate for prison reform and restorative justice. Dar is an author and inspirational speaker. Speaking to hundreds in church's, prisons, schools and at conferences. As a Pastor of Prison Ministry, he also mentors hundreds of ex- offenders and their families.
