The Coming of Cthugha

2016

Horrors from the Deep Horrors from Space… Human history is not what we thought it was… When Doctor Edmund Trevelyan goes missing in Cornwall, his nephew discovers a manuscript that poses more questions than it answers. Charnwood House, a mysterious mansion and former residence of a colleague of the doctor, is the last place he was seen in person. Four years have passed, and still no news. Delving into the manuscript, the nephew unravels a cryptic maze of clues that are too strange to be true. But they are… What follows is a gripping science fiction mystery, as we learn of Trevelyan’s encounters with an intriguing archaeological site, a mysterious astrological observatory and a labyrinth of ancient cosmology. Trevelyan must traverse the universe for more information to solve the mystery of human mythology, the origins of all of our legends and the truth behind everything we once thought to be mere fable. But what is coming? Why is this so important to his colleague, Professor McKinrick? Could it mean the end of the World as we know it? Join with Trevelyan as he uncovers the secrets of history, of time travel and of the unknown roots of humanity buried deep beneath the Earth. The Coming of Cthugha is a gripping science fiction mystery, told in the vein of the Lovecraftian Mythos. It is the first book of a trilogy.
