With 40 years’ experience solving problems in industry and in our communities, I have officially changed that description to: WRITER who solves problems, promotes, teaches and entertains. BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS: In my professional assignments, I have written letters to resolve problems, avoid a crisis, regain client confidence or negotiate a solution. In good times, I supervised the construction of $200 million dollars in Residential and Commercial Construction. In lean times, I have managed businesses in a variety of industries. PROBLEM SOLVING LETTERS: My passion is to write in a style that uplifts the reader, while informing, educating and motivating them to action.
