After reading my Grandmother's copy of 'You Forever' by Tuesday Lobsang Rampa at the age of 16, I developed a burning desire to know what is really going on. I'd been brought up Anglican but Buddhism seemed to make more sense. Then I wondered what the rest of the world was up to. So I gave up engineering at Waterloo, and flew to NZ and Oz, and eventually traveled all through Asia, India and Europe, returning to Canada over five years later. I had a clearer picture of the human condition, but still wondered if I was missing something. So I studied psychology and philosophy at the University of Toronto. I also joined a philosophy group. When the leader of the group lent me a book on Quantum Mechanics, it led me to study physics for the past ten years. Now I feel my knowledge is as complete as current human knowledge allows. My novel encompasses and distills all that I have learned. Its essence is within you.
