Will Cannon rides to the Arizona mining town of Jerome to buy stock. The people in Jerome think he is an outlaw named Cord Flynn. The Dead Ringer, Flynn, robbed the bank in Jerome two years ago and now the folks in Jerome are sure Flynn has come back to retrieve the hidden money. Will has to fight some outlaw gangs and a group of hired killers from the Arizona Strip. He enlists the help of some Utah ranchers and some brave cowboys to help him fight the outlaws and save a beautiful woman.
