Charlotte Fraser is running away, broken-hearted. She is the new teacher in a one-room school house in Bandit Creek, Montana. Amy Jo Fleming has always been a writer, often composing poetry when she should be working on something else. She’s known for her romance and romantic suspense novels and loves a story that leaves you wondering about the characters long after you read the final page. She spent her early years on a farm in Deer Ridge, Saskatchewan, loves animals and horseback riding. Later, she became a lawyer, a profession that helps her weave the intricacies of her suspense plots. She lives with her husband, David (an engineer) and their dog, Abbie.
