Jess is back on the hunt for the next killer on his list, a vicious man by the name of Rufus Hadley. After he finds Hadley and kills him, he takes his body to the town of Madison to turn in for the bounty. After leaving Madison, he heads to the town of Arthur in search of Tom Dutton. Dutton had already left the town of Arthur, but not before killing one of the local men there. While in Arthur, Jess meets a beautiful young woman by the name of Lindsey, and he immediately takes to her.
