I’ve never set even a toe out of line. Until I slept with one of my brother’s best friends, anyway. And now he thinks he's going to keep me his dirty little secret for the band's sake. Well, I’m tired of it. And I’m done being quiet. Maybe the song they write about me will go platinum.

Lissa was first inspired to consider a career in writing when she was in high school. Her English teacher recognized Lissa's gift for storytelling and encouraged her love of writing. She has 8 nieces and nephews whom she adores and a beloved cat who is her baby. Lissa loves the color purple and chai tea, and watches way too much TV. Lissa writes flawed individuals living in stories that mix humor with the darker side of life and love. Currently, she's working on the sequel to Big Girls Bite Back.
