Being the best pâtissier in Paris doesn't come easily. I've worked day and night in order to make The Sweet Spot into what is today: the best. But with that comes a reputation for being ruthless in the kitchen. I expect perfection from anyone who enters. When my publicist suggested I teach an exclusive class, I jumped at the chance, ready to give them a healthy dose of reality before sending them packing.
