Award-winning author Jeffrey J. Mariotte has published more than 30 novels, including horror epic The Slab, award nominated teen horror quartet Witch Season, and the recent supernatural thrillers River Runs Red and Missing White Girl, in addition to tie-in novels and many, many comic books. He is also co-owner of specialty bookstore Mysterious Galaxy in San Diego. He lives in southeastern Arizona. Also writes as Jeffrey J. Mariotte.

Dirk Manning is best known as the writer/creator of comic series such as TALES OF MR. RHEE (Devil’s Due Publishing) and NIGHTMARE WORLD (Image Comics/Shadowline). Dirk is also the author of the ongoing inspirational column/book collection WRITE OR WRONG: A WRITER'S GUIDE TO CREATING COMICS (Caliber). More of Dirk’s gripping and exciting stories can be read in comic titles such as Dia de los Muertos and The Legend of Oz: The Wicked West Vol. Four: The Golden Cap (Aspen/Big Dog Ink) among various other anthologies. Christopher E. Long’s comic books have been published by the likes of Marvel Comics, DC Comics, IDW Publishing and Image Comics. His articles and short stories have been published in a variety of magazines, including Flaunt, Spinetingler Magazine, and Thuglit. His first published comic book was “Easy Way,” which he got the title tattooed on his arm. “Hero Worship” is his debut young adult novel, so he’s getting that tattooed on his arm soon. Christopher was born in Seattle, Washington, raised in Logan, Utah, and currently lives in Southern California with his wife and son.
