The 10th Doctor (David Tennant) fleeing the Family of Blood transforms himself into Mr. John Smith and while human spends his time writing in a journal about unusual 'dreams' that he experiences about another life, an impossible life. He later loans his Journal of Impossible Things to a woman, Joan Redfern who he becomes romantically involved with, and following the return to his Timelord form, the Doctor allows her to keep it. The journal is later "published" by her descendant. This toy book is much smaller than the original prop used in the Doctor Who episode “Human Nature” but features an amazing seventy-eight pages of illustrations and text scaled down from the original prop which were originally illustrated by artist Kellyanne Walker, and incorporates the text of the original provided by writer Paul Cornell.
