Hi, I’m Erika! I write children’s books, including The LOL Detective Club Mystery Series. I live in Los Angeles, CA with my husband, four daughters, and a goldendoodle named Daisy. Born and raised in Indiana, I moved to California after college and went on to graduate school at USC and UC-Berkeley. I also write at UrthMama, where I’ve been blogging for a decade about the adventures of raising my four girls. When I’m not writing, I homeschool my children and encourage my husband in his film and television career. Some of my favorite children’s books include the Harry Potter series, Nancy Drew Mysteries, The Boxcar Children, and the Little House on the Prairie books.
