Coffee addict, reader, runner, wife, mother, teacher, writer. I’m a type-A person who gazes longingly at the lives of those around me who actually take the time to stop and smell the roses, much like a kid with a mouth full of braces who’s standing in a candy shop. Look but don’t touch! Well, I’m tired of looking, so I’m doing my best to slow down and enjoy the little things. Long afternoons spent in a hammock, with permission to nap. Check. Cuddling on the couch when it’s cold outside. Check. Trying not to make a list of what I have to do today…..ummm……I’m still a work in progress.
