Emanuela Carleschi is an Italian physicist who lives and works in Johannesburg, South Africa. She holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Trieste, Italy. She is also an amateur ballet dancer and cellist. Her first collection of poetry and prose, Images of sand, was published in April 2020.
