Hi. I'm Emily. I was born in Bristol, but have been living in France for a few years now, after retiring from working in an office for too many years. I love history, especially the victorian age. I find it so fascinating. I was brought up on Catherine Cookson novels, which I still love now. When I'm not writing, I spend lots of time walking in the forest with my two dogs Jasper and Coleen. I've always liked reading but I didn't even start to think about writing my own books until this awful virus hit the whole world.
