After her own attempt to gather more information on Villains Inc. goes badly wrong, Astra is put on temporary suspension. But the super-powered gang war continues to heat up, and public fears are mounting. The Sentinels must make moves of their own, and Astra must defeat a supervillain who has beaten her twice, if they are to have any hope of victory.
