Eric Salem has been a tutor at St. John’s College since 1990. An alumnus of the college, he earned his Ph.D. from the University of Heidelberg. He is known for his work on classical philosophy, having authored, translated, and edited several volumes, including notable editions of Plato’s Phaedrus and Symposium (or Drinking Party).
