E. S. Louis is a 33 year veteran of a major city Police Department and retired as a Sergeant with 17 years in grade. During those years, Louis acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science; Master of Education; Master of Arts in Criminal Justice; a Juris Doctor degree; and, he is a Marine Corps Veteran of two tours of duty in the Vietnam War. Louis is also a Life Member of MENSA.
