Esther Ra is the author of A Glossary of Light and Shadow (forthcoming from Diode Editions), selected for the Full-Length Book Contest, and the chapbook book of untranslatable things, which received the 2018 Grayson Books Chapbook Award. Her work has also been published in Boulevard, Rattle, The Rumpus, Twyckenham Notes, The Korea Times, PBQ, and Border Crossing, among others. Esther has been the recipient of numerous awards, including the Pushcart Prize, 49th Parallel Award, Sweet Lit Poetry Prize, RAR William Wantling Award, Women Writing War Poetry Award, and Vineyard Literary Poetry Prize.
