When 19-year-old police officer Minato Kōsaka gets dragged into the annual World Class Competition—a prestigious talent show for which the winning prize is getting to study abroad on the Glimmhildr Space Station—he realizes that there is more to the competition than meets the eye. In a Tokyo where police officers and vigilantes are locked in a cat-mouse chase, Minato, alongside his service dog, Shiro, must uncover the truth surrounding the competition before it is too late.
