Fresh from a summer in Fae, Ianthe returns to her normal life- her human life. Determined to start the year off right she focuses on her senior year and her new best friend, Callie. Nothing will keep her from saving her best friend, especially when she is partially to blame. Conall is banned from seeing Ianthe, but his heart is broken without her. Obeying orders is expected as the king’s right hand man, but when Ianthe breaks her exile edict, he can no longer put his king first. Breaking exile and defying a king are a small price to pay to save the ones you love.
