Menace, and his twin brother Maniac were abandoned by their mother at a young age, forcing them to grow up in the ghetto alone. Refusing to struggle, they adapted by grinding for what they needed. Instead of selling drugs like most of their peers, they hit licks and robbed to survive. After hitting one of the biggest dope spots on the west side of Detroit, the twins strike gold. Left with two bags full of stolen drugs, the brothers decide to sell it, curious to see what the drug game has to offer. Kismet, on the other hand, has her mother in her life but she and Menace's stories are somewhat the same. Although her mother is present, she's still not "there". Kismet is responsible for taking care of not only home, but her little sister too. But when Kismet finds out she's pregnant, by her no good boyfriend, Patrick, her world is turned upside down and things take a dramatic change for the worst. When Kismet is forced to do the unimaginable, she turns to her childhood friend Menace for support, being that their relationship had always been built on that. What starts out as support quickly blossoms into something much more. Just when life seems to be on track for both Menace and Kismet, drama rears its ugly head. Unfortunately, when karma sneaks up on Menace he doesn't know what hit him until its too late.
