Cynthia Pelayo is an International Latino Book Award winning poet and author. Pelayo writes fairy tales that blend genre and explore concepts of grief, mourning, and cycles of violence. Mitch Sebourn is currently working his way through law school while (not so) secretly focussing most of his attention on trying to write The Great American Classic. He has published three novels and a collection of poetry in paperback, as well as a new novel, Watershed, available as a Kindle eBook. He enjoys reading, writing, hiking, and is looking forward to being married next July. When he is not sitting atop Tikaboo Peak spying on the inhabitants of Area 51, or scaling the slopes of Colorado's 14ers, he can typically be found calling the Hogs in central Arkansas.

Carmen Baca taught a variety of English and history courses, mostly at the high school and college levels, over the course of thirty-six years before retiring in 2014. She is a member of the Las Vegas chapter of the New Mexico Association of Educational Retirees. Her command of both English and Spanish enables her to write with true story-telling talent. Her knowledge of New Mexico Penitentes, traditions, and folklore enables her to tell the story of her father’s entrance into the secret society of the Penitente Brotherhood. Set in the early nineteen hundreds, El Hermano provides historical insight into the life of a rural community which embraced los Hermanos and welcomed their selfless acts of charity. Living on the land left to her by her father, she and her husband enjoy a peaceful county life in northern New Mexico. Since the publication of El Hermano in 2017, she has published 3 more books and 24 short stories in online literary magazines and anthologies.



Vaughn A. Jackson is a writer of speculative fiction, and is a member of the Horror Writers Association. He is the author of both Up from the Deep and Touched by Shadows, and his short story "The Thing at the Top of the Mountain" can be found in Off Limit's Press' Far From Home: An Anthology of Adventure Horror. Vaughn lives near Baltimore with his girlfriend and two gremlins disguised as the world's cutest kittens. His dog Constantine has also demanded acknowledgment in his bio.
