Figs & Falling is a collection of poems, written and illustrated by Sierra Aldulaimi. Written over the span of 6 years and dated like a journal, Aldulaimi takes us with her into the throes of early adulthood. Having lost her father, many of the poems are the author’s active processing of death and grief. But because loss happens while life keeps turning, there are also poems of self-discovery, romance, friendship, and more.
