Forget the demon on my shoulder. The one in my head is driving me mad. They call me the Ink Master. Sounds badass, right? I come from a long line of monster hunters, so why not? Don't get too excited. It's just a fancy word for librarian. In reality, I'm the most inept witch who ever had the nerve to call Salem her home. And I've just possessed myself with a demon. Yep, I accidentally invited him in, trapped him in my head, and I don't know how to get him out. And let me tell you, he is pissed. He's not just any demon, either. When I flub, it has to be epic, so I summoned Chaos himself. As if I'm not enough of a hot mess on my own. I've got two weeks to get this demon out of my head before Chaos takes over completely and I become the voice in his head. No problem for a flame-touched witch of Salem, right? Right???

The demon is out of my head, but my problems are only beginning. The veil between worlds is ripping open, and all kinds of nastiness is getting through. Normally, I'd say no problem. It's our job to keep Salem safe. But I just found out there's a curse on my coven, and the demon I exorcised is the only one who can save us. Well, he and his two brothers, whom we also have to summon. Yay. As if handling one Prince of Hell isn't enough of a hassle. But if we can't find them, I'm doomed to murder my entire coven. The danger keeps piling up, people are dying, and we're no closer to ending the curse than we were a month ago. Oh, and that demon who swears he can help? He's hotter than hellfire and wants to make me his own. He says I’m the order to his chaos, but we could be a match made in hell.

As my power grows, so does my bond with Chaos. We found his brother, but then we lost him again. There's a traitor in our midst who's thwarting us at every turn, and if we can't summon the next demon, the entire town…heck, maybe the world…will be in peril. I've got to save my coven at any cost, but the more time I spend with this demon by my side, the more obvious it becomes that the price I pay will be my heart. Chaos must return to hell to save us all, but I'm not sure I can survive without him.

Who died and made me queen? Technically nobody, but my mom and sister did take an impromptu trip to the underworld, forcing me into the role of high priestess of the Salem coven. And I am 𝘴𝘰 not cut out for the job. As if that's not enough responsibility for one witch to handle, I still have to summon a ticked off demon prince, convince him to help us break the family curse, and battle the beasties slipping through the rifts in the thinning veil…while hiding the fact that we're the ones who caused the rifts in the first place. Holy Hecate. Fighting monsters I can handle. Leading a coven? Not so much. But if I don't step up and figure out how to take charge, every witch in Salem will die. Good thing I'm a fast learner.
