Alex has finally gone too far. This time he's going to have to flee the country. Finally settling in a hotel - far offshore in the Isle of Wight - Alex finds himself embroiled in a brutal murder ... one he didn't commit (for once). Alex thinks the worst thing has happened when the local police discover he's a private investigator. But they decide to let him do what he does best, and lock him in the hotel with rest of the guests - suspects - and expect him to do their jobs for them. The cheek. But that means the worst thing that Alex can imagine has happened ... ... he actually has to solve a case. The Alex Cole series is extreme horror/comedy and not suitable for everyone.
