Sometimes life can get you so bad you just want to hit “PAWS”. Deputy/Witch Ember McNair is back on the case, and she’s bringing her smart mouthed cat familiar Kali with her. When red-hot murder disturbs the cool of Cauchemar’s annual Blues Festival, Ember is thrown into a twisty mystery which leads her ever deeper into darkness. Ember has to unmask a brilliant killer before they strike again, all while searching for a cursed record which could lead to the end of the world if anyone ever drops a needled into its infernal grooves. It’s a good thing Ember and Kali have their “Scooby Gang” of kooky characters to back them up. The mystery deepens, the danger looms larger, and Ember is stalked by a literal Devil while she tries to uncover the truth.
