Naija is moving through life with tunnel vision. She has goals, and she doesn't want anything getting in the way of that, but when unexpected circumstances occur, Naija is faced with possibly losing everything. The one person she is trying so hard to fight her feelings for is right by her side, until he learns that her husband may not be as out of the picture as it seems. Hosea has too much pride to be anyone's plan B, and when he tells Naija that, she realizes just how conflicted she is. How can she throw away her marriage for a man that she barely knows? After Red, Aspen is determined not to be hurt again. As soon as Haji shows signs that he may be capable of breaking her heart, she distances herself, but when a stranger from the past shows up, and Haji needs her, it's hard for her not to fold. Aspen's big heart leads her to not being able to turn her back on Haji or anyone else is need even if that person is her enemy. In this finale everything comes full circle, even the least expected things.
