"Full Circle...An American Veteran Returns To Vietnam." Book IV in a series This book is derived from a journal I kept when I returned to Vietnam in 2015. It gives a glimpse of the highlights of the trip, including photographs that document key aspects of my journey. In the years since 2015, I have supplemented the journal by adding personal recollections of events that happened during my two combat tours there in the late 1960s. This book is not designed to impart any great moral or philosophical lessons, nor is it intended to glorify any aspect of war in general. Mankind has fought wars for one reason or another for as long as human beings have walked the planet. Vietnam was just another chapter in the long history of nations fighting one another whether they really understood its purpose at the time or not.
