Gail Black is an agri-tourism pioneer who owns a farm gift shop that sells twenty-seven flavors of homemade fruit syrups and is visited by thousands of world travelers yearly. She lives between a vineyard and the high bluffs of Lake Erie along the Seaway Trail in New York State. Born as World War II intensified, she grew up during an era when women were seeking positions in male-dominated businesses. She became an entrepreneur in a value added, production/sales operation as she farmed her land. Writing a book about over coming spousal abuse, environmental threats and her successes in business has always been her dream and is fulfilled with her publication of Asses and Angels,in August 2012.
