The G.I.Joe computer genius has finally found a way into COBRA's computer banks - and he doesn't like what he sees. It's the Aries Machine - a global destruction device - and COBRA has finally perfected the plans. Now the G.I.Joe Team must prevent the machine's completion or else COBRA Commander will use it to hold the entire planet hostage.
