Gillian's debut novel, The LA Commandments, was published in August 2011 by Book Republic and her short story 'Dear Joe' was featured in the Rites of Passage Anthology (London, 2014). Her second novel, Life Script, will be published next year. Gillian also writes for theatre, film and TV. Her upcoming theatre productions include a show about Peggy Lee, a comedy about Robert Burns and a drama about the repeal of the 8th Amendment in Ireland. She is also writing two TV comedy dramas based in Scotland and a film about a family's emigration to America during Tito's reign. Gillian studied English and History in St. Patrick's College, Dublin before completing an MA in Theatre Studies, DCU. Her other interests include music, photography and design.
