Sharing an old, broken down super-dreadnaught with a gangster and a homicidal AI was not what Engineer Sollander had planned for this week. That she is also sharing it with a serial killer only made it worse. Little of humanity has survived the the Entio invasion. Huddled on the barren world of Russou they have lost most of their past. Only the AI’s remember, and they will only lie. Sollander leads a ragtag band to the hulk of the greatest warship ever built, the CSS Goliath. Perhaps there is an AI there that will talk to her. But something else awaits in the cold, dark passages. Something altogether unwelcoming. The Goliath has not done with war.
