Grace Quantock is a UKCP-accredited anti-oppressive psychotherapeutic counsellor, writer, and advocate who empowers marginalised folks to navigate life with pain, illness, and trauma. Her groundbreaking approach eschews disembodiment, burnout, and blame, instead focusing on helping people with complex bodies and lives thrive in the present moment. As the author of Living Well with Chronic Illness: Write Your Own Roadmap to Healing in Tough Times (Orion Spring, September 2024), Grace offers a compassionate, realistic perspective on wellness that doesn't rely on miracle cures or aspirational makeovers. Her mission is to support people living with chronic conditions, as she is, in creating fulfilling lives on their own terms. Her work is also featured in the anthologies An Open Door (Parthian, 2022) and Woman's Wales (Parthian, 2024).
