If you can’t take the heat… Stay out of murder. Amateur sleuth, Billie Halifax, is excited to launch her latest food truck that specializes in hot, juicy, delicious burgers. She’s envisioning that the aroma of freshly grilled meat will draw customers from all around, and that they’ll be delighted with the wide variety on the menu. She has serious qualms when the new manager that she’s hired doesn’t seem to know much at all about running a burger truck, and things go from bad to worse when she ends up with food poisoning after sampling the manager’s first attempt at cooking a burger. It’s more than obvious that she has to talk to the new manager, but before she can, the woman disappears. Billie’s frustration gives way to shock and dismay when the manager is found dead.
