In a sleepy Northern town, superheroes are running amok. Tabitha Turnbull, unhappy with how they are abusing their powers, forms a support group for the irresponsible supers; hoping to bring them into line. Secrets are spilled, friendships are formed, and rivalries, both old and new, boil over. Oh, and there's a supervillain too!
