Guardians 2: Birth of Rivalry is a story of jealousy, betrayal, and unconditional love that begins the saga between gargoyles and vampires. Ms. Bo has created a dynamic story in a series that draws the reader into a world fraught with gods and immortals, good and evil. I was impressed with the characters and how much depth Ms. Bo was able to create and keep the story moving. I have not read any of the Guardian series before and now I am hooked. I cannot wait to see where the Guardians will lead to, but I am sure it will be an adventure I will not want to miss.
