Guerric grew up bilingual in a small town in Québec. They now live with two cats on the edge of the Pacific in Vancouver, where they work in video game development and animal care, grow too many indoor rocoto peppers, and write original stories and fanfiction when they’re able. Their long-standing interest in science-fiction and fantasy has always gone hand-in-hand with an excessive desire to write. They're interested in stories that mix genres and settings, explore liminal spaces and people caught between multiple identities, and centre characters struggling to overcome their own flaws and foibles.
